INTEGRATED DC-COUPLED LOG VIDEO AMPLIFIER   L-17D / L-2010
   
  This is a replacement part for the L-17C. It features both improved performance and ease of use. The L-17D is sold in the same package as the L-17C to make it easily used as an L-17C replacement. However, some circuit board modifications are required. The circuit is also sold in die form as the L-2010, which can be used in other packages or in hybrid formats.

LVA Power Rail voltages ± 5V to ± 9V Special regulation or dual-tracking not required. Quiescent power draw is ~ 375 mW at ± 6V. Currents at ± 6V are 31mA from the positive supply and 32 mA from the negative supply.
Output Offset Adjustable Maximum output voltage is +5V (rails at ±9V). Will drive a 50 Ω cable for outputs up to 4 V.

Output Load 50 ohms
